In addition to pantry fun we've had some professionals come in and prepare the cracked beams in the attic (shown here, you can see the crack around 2:00). The cracks has allowed some moisture to come in and cause some cracking in the plaster of the second floor hallway ceiling. Not sure what we're going to do about that at this time. But the cracked beams have been daughtered and the roof exterior will be repaired as the weather permits.

Just wanted to say I have enjoyed catching up on your journey. I grew up in Dryden on James street in the 50's and 60's (Dad was the mayor, I was the local paperboy). I can tell you are fixing up the Ferger's house, a beautiful place. Good luck on that. Next time I come by from Atlanta on one of my trips back to touch base with God's country, I'll check your progress out from the street. Larry Morgan
