Who knew we would have a beach right up the road? About eight miles away, to be more precise, is Hope Lake Beach. It's a charming lake across from Greek Peak Ski Resort that has a nice little sand beach. We went on a warm day, took a picnic lunch and had a very nice time splashing in the water, digging in the sand and making sand castles. Hopefully the beautiful view of the mountain from the beach won't be spoiled by the lodge and indoor waterpark they are currently building.
