The cats have adjusted amazingly well. While we didn't see them much the first night, they were obviously eating, drinking and using their catbox. All good signs of getting acclimated to their new surroundings after the somewhat traumatic trip across the country.

T is also adjusting pretty well. He seemed to enjoy the drop-in daycare center he spent the morning at yesterday while I had a job interview. He was fast asleep when I got there to pick him up and continued to sleep in the car on the way home. He's been sleeping through the night really well, though this morning he was up for the day at 5:15. Maybe he'll take a longer nap for me later? Unfortunately, I'm afraid he'll do the bulk of his sleeping in the car again. Since we're still a one car family - probably until tomorrow when my car gets here - we'll drive C to work this morning so we can use the car and go to the store and pick up some more provisions for our camping out lifestyle.

The job interview seemed to go quite well yesterday. It was fairly low-key, with only a few questions for me to answer. People were very nice. I got more information about the job duties and a tour of the new offices of the department. I should hear something back in the next couple of days. Sounds promising!
